The balustrade is timber with a rectangle (ex 100*25mm) baluster. The handrail (ex 125*90mm) is off set and commences with (ex 200*200mm) newel posts that has a heavily detailed custom designed newel top over a bullnose step. This closed staircase has closed strings.
