The balustrade is timber with an individually designed turned (ex 75*75mm) baluster. The handrail (ex 80*60mm HR02) commences with a (ex 200*200mm) turned newel post. The handrail is curved, wreathing and continuous at the changes in pitch. This closed staircase has cut strings.
