This stair is the main access for this three storey town house. The upper stair is over the lower stair and has four flights. The upper flights are open and closed strings. Where the stairs change in pitch the strings are cranked to allow in the installation of the designer balustrade. The landings are supported by exposed deep fascias. The treads are ex 300x50 mm with a square nosing. The ASPECT balustrade uses timber handrail with 15mm diameter.
