This T shaped staircase commences with a bullnose step that has been crafted into a curved foot to the floor on both sides. The bottom flight strings have been flared open at the bottom of the staircase to almost 1900mm between rails. The risers at the transition point have adjusted to allow for the handrail. The inner string and the outer strings have been cut to the profile of the treads and risers. The treads have a rounded nosing. The balustrade is constructed using a heavily featured wrought iron balustrade. While an ex 80*60mm handrail is fixed over the wrought iron and is continuously wreathing and twisting.
