This continuous handrail uses a timber handrail, ex 75*50mm (HR04) with round steel “Pendrey” design balusters. This rail has been hand crafted from solid block and fixed over the steel.  A twisting wreath has been used at the change in pitch and direction at the landing. A ramp and quarter turn has been used at the top of the staircase over the wide nosing. The rail commences with a wreathing open scroll over a cluster and a bullnose step.
