Specifications

This is the basement stair to 'Modern 18'. The owners requirements were for an open stair so as to allow as much light as possible into the basement area.

The stair has been constructed using cut stringers, 60mm treads for a solid look and a wire balustrade to match the stair above. A feature of this stair is the diminished balustrade running into the ceiling to maximise the width of the stair flight. The stair has been finish with a dark stain to match the stair above.
