Spiral 2 is a closed stair constructed with Spotted Gum. The balustrade to the void area is 12mm clear glass with a stainless steel handrail and stanchions. At the bottom of the stair the owner has used one large panel of glass rather than a traditional balustrade, giving the cellar a greater feeling of space. This cellar stair is in the same home as our beautiful Feature 14 stair.
