This stair is absolutely stunning. The stair rises two flights between the ground and second floors. The stainless steel column that supports the top stair gives the appearance of a tree trunk meandering it's way up through a hole in a forest canopy with branches reaching skyward. The balusters are simple stainless steel rods. When the structure is as complex as this, the detail cries out for simplicity.
