This curved staircase commences with a bullnose step that has been shaped to allow of the installation of a scroll. The bullnose has been crafted into a curved foot to the floor. The base of the staircase has been flared to open the entry point and the riser lines have been curved. The open strings have been cut to the profile of the treads and risers. The treads and risers are MDF and have been covered in carpet. The balustrade uses timber handrail with steel balusters.
