This Victorian staircase commences with a bullnose step that has been shaped to allow it to finish into a bottom newel post. The inner string is cut to the profile of the treads and risers and is finished with the added detail of traditional tread brackets and Scotia mould. The newel tops are detailed to match the period. The treads are ex 300*38 and have been finished with a rounded nosing. The balustrade is timber with a rectangle (ex 50*25mm) baluster in combination with a feature (ex 100*25mm) baluster.
